Analyze. Before I begin each project, I need to understand the scope of it. I seek clarity on the problem, the subject, the audience, and the timeline so that I can start developing a solution.

Design. Once I have the background knowledge, I can create a project timeline that will clearly state when the stakeholders & SMEs can expect each deliverable. I can also create a design doc outlining the course, write strong learning objectives, and come up with engaging activities & interactions. 

Develop. With an approved outline, I can begin building the project prototype. This is the part where I develop course materials, including eye-catching graphics and a cohesive design scheme that will support the user's learning. 

Implement. After rounds of client reviews and approval, I can finish the course so that it can be saved in an LMS system and distributed to its audience.

Evaluate. Once the course has been piloted, I can gather data and feedback about the module's usability and make improvements as needed.

Hike. I am from Colorado and love to explore the outdoors! I have hiked through several national parks, including the Rocky Mountains, Sequoia, Zion, Yosemite, the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Bryce Canyon, the Grand Tetons and more!

Bake. I love to decompress by spending time in the kitchen. Cookies, cakes, and other desserts are among my favorite things to bake.

Read. I am a lifelong learner and an avid reader. You can often find my nose buried in a book!
